In order to make these Terms of Use easy to read and reference, they have been revised and simplified as follows:

8. Severability: If any part of this Arbitration Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

9. Survival: This Arbitration Agreement survives termination of your relationship with SFS Escort.

10. Exceptions: Claims involving defamation, computer fraud, or intellectual property rights are not subject to arbitration.

Entire Terms

1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SFS Escort regarding use of the site/app.

2. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. If a provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be modified to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining Terms remain in effect.
